My Renegade came with the exhaust dent. Seems like a common theme with the location and all. My solution? the resonator and muffler system are each held on with a bolted clamp; removed those and put on a turn down pipe from autozone to direct anything away from the heat shields. If sound isn’ t your thing, a cherry bomb muffler can fit in that tunnel.
